Talent, culture management and global leadership forum (APAC HR committee)
The "talent, culture management and global leadership forum" was held in Shanghai. The four guests are HuangWeidong(president of LeiShi culture development company), DengTao (VP HR, ASiLiKang pharmacy company) , LeiMingHan (President, Unionfamily Hospital) and Busty Okundaye(president, UGC). The APAC HR committee started at 9:00 a.m, the secretary-general remitted a letter of appointment to Mr. XiaoLiMing(HR majordomo, Disiman China Ltd), DengTao, LiChenguo (HR majordomo of QiaoXing company),and SunShichang (HR manager of MingJi Information Technology company). The four guests then discussed the topic of Span Culture Management from several perspectives.
Mr. HuangWei Dong's topic was "Culture and the necessary conditions for future leadership". During his one hour speech, Mr. Huang comprehensively treated "Culture Leader" leaving the audience with a good overview.
Mr. DengTao and Mr. LeiMingHan stressed the importance of culture management and development of MNC driven by global trends. DengTao's viewpoint is to find opportunities to create strong advantages. In his topic on "Cross Cultural Business Issues", Mr. LeiMingHan Gave an excellent overview on "how to train loyalty of the employees with different cultural background".
Mr. Busty Okundaye concluded with the topic of "how to execute cultural training". In his presentation, he challenged the audience to actively participate in a live experiment.
Asia & Pacific HR committee director: XiaoLiMing, SunShiChang, LiGuoCheng, HuangWeiDong and LeiMingHan have a roundtable active exchange and interacted with the audience directly.
